I win! I win!

Recently i had problems with my handphone memory card, thus i decided to format it back, and restore the data. so all the downloaded softwares and games were all gone... and what’s left was only pre-installed Bounce Touch & RT GR (Raging Thunder Global Race) games. so i decided to try & play Bounce game. it was a simple setup game, yet challenging as precise coordination & timing needed to clear all the obstacles in the game.. to sum up story, i manage to finished all the 8 levels and here is the snapshot of the last & winning episode of the game. hehehe....

Iftar at Bora Ombak restaurant

We had our family gathering in Ramadan, to break our fast at Bora Ombak Restaurant, Ampang. Yes as usual the food was scrumptious with modest presentation. and some of them are unique to me as it was my first time tasting them. there was live band and the ambient was really nice..

'sup daging' (beef soup). i dont know what kind of herbs they have put in but truly delicious. i had my second round for this soup

some roast lamb and chicken. standard meal in every buffet i went.

TQ Along

Last Saturday we had our gathering  for iftar Ramadhan (break - fast) with my family. Thank you so much for my eldest sis (Along) for sponsoring the pizzas as the main menu for the day. Also highlighted in pictures below are the main attractions during the iftar.

My Minolta 50mm f 1.7....

Here comes my newest member to my camera family. Minolta 50mm f1.7. I bought it as a secondhand from newly met friends from Cyberjaya on 26th July 2010. Thanks to him, i got free HOYA HMC 49mm filter, which is so hard to find nowadays. 

Most reference were saying that this lens is a must for a photographer, thus i so i had my chance to bring this gem to my trip to Jakarta & Bandung to test it.

As a result, this lens has been my favourite, so far. i really like the sharpness, autofocus speed and it is lightweight. 

In contra, this lens has some built in hood which i think no value added to it. and of course, with is 50mm focal length, its just serve you enough space for 1 subject, not like any wide angle prime, which is my next target.:)

14th Day in Manila

Here i am, 14th day in Manila. Currently AAX's 2nd aircraft undergo C-Check & Cabin Retrofit at LTP Manila.

Aircraft C Checks & Cabin Retrofits

Here i am, at Manila, Philippines. its been a week here and i must say that life isn't easy here.
tight schedules, lousy arrangement, no-so-conducive working environment that lead to fatigue. today at 7.30am local time, we manage to re-deliver the 1st aircraft which successfully undergo 7 days of c-checks, with additional seats & cabin retrofit campaign.

lets talk about our current lodging. Prince Plaza II (what a nice, proud name, eh?), which located in the middle of the Makati City. But the facilities provided was so poor as we had broken bed, no hot shower, as well as ants attack.. you heard me right, ANTS!!.. thousands of them.

on the 2nd day, we requested room transfer and we manage to get replacement room but the condition still meek quality.

the workload? just imagine we went to work everyday at 8pm, went back at 8pm, and go back again at 12am in the morning..

Putrajaya Hot Air Balloon Fiesta 2010

Putrajaya Hot Air Balloon Fiesta 2010 was the 2nd Balloon Festival held in Malaysia from the 19th to 21st March and the turn out was amazing over the weekend. People from all walks of life and from all over drove down to witness this amazing balloon show in Putrajaya with 23 hot air balloons participating from around the world. Fortunately for me&wife, it was a coincidence that I was visiting Bangi, which 10mins drive to Putrajaya fon saturday (the third day of the fiesta) and heres some of my shots.

owh my handphone..

previously i used nokia 6500 slide for my daily use. i love the small size, yet nimble operation. On one sad evening, my phone dropped from sofa, thus making it react differently...so guys i think u get the point so here come my latest nokia XpressMusic 5800. hehe.

**it comes with GPS so i never left this thingy while driving.
